Educated at Chinese University of Hong Kong and Ohio University, Laiyee Malott has lived in Athens since 1987 and has been a full time licensed Realtor since 1991. She joined Sole & Bloom Realtors in 1993.
She is the mother of two grown children who graduated from the Athens City school system and the spouse of an Ohio University administrator. She is an avid gardener and a member of the Athens Herb Guild.
Laiyee’s highly personalized commitment to understanding clients' needs and assertively advocating on their behalf has won her a long list of satisfied clients and customers. She feels that the most rewarding aspect of her job is meeting people from different walks of life, many of whom have become good friends and repeat customers. She is a favorite "tour guide" for newcomers and visitors, and enjoys introducing them to the Athens community.
Laiyee is consistently one of the top producers in Athens real estate sales and has been a frequent recipient of the Ohio Association of Realtors President's Sales Club Award of distinction for annual sales over $2.5 million.
